Steven J. WysockyPartner
Steven Wysocky is a partner at the Long Beach office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen & McBride and has been with the firm since 2014. His primary areas of expertise are medical malpractice defense and invasion of privacy claims.
Steven graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University in 2007 with a B.A in Political Science. He received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Steven’s practice included the defense of public entities and public employees, including local police and fire departments, school districts, and community colleges, with an emphasis on civil rights claims. He has also represented several Fortune 500 companies including mortgage lenders, servicers, and other financial institutions in commercial, business, and class action disputes. Steven also represented the holder of several patents relating to diamond processing techniques in a patent infringement case.
Steven was admitted to the California State Bar in 2010, and is licensed to practice before all courts of the State of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
