Christina Batshoun is an associate at the Long Beach office of Carroll, Kelly, Trotter & Franzen, where she focuses her practice primarily on medical malpractice and elder abuse defense.
Ms. Batshoun graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach in 2011, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in History with a Minor in Classical Studies. Prior to graduating from California State University, Long Beach, she was inducted into the Rho Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Batshoun earned her J.D. in 2016 from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. During law school, she was a legal writing and research teaching assistant, federal income tax teaching assistant, an insurance law research assistant, and a staff editor and executive technology editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal.
Prior to joining Carroll, Kelly, Trotter & Franzen, Ms. Batshoun was an associate attorney at an AV-rated Glendale law firm where she also focused her practice on defending healthcare professionals and entities in ongoing litigation for medical malpractice and elder abuse. Prior to working in medical practice and elder abuse defense, Ms. Batshoun was a tax attorney who represented both corporations and individuals with complex state and local tax matters.
